Optic Module used for detection chelation enhanced fluoresence of Sox. Employed in commercially available Omnia Assay and AssayQuant kinase assays. Also suitable for use with variants of Coumarin, DAPI and MUG. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 360, Em 485 and a suitable dichroic.
