Optic Module used for detecting fluorescence of Ethidium Bromide, an important dye for detecting nucleic acids. Suitable for CyTrak Orange and other fluorophores. Also suitable to detect single channel FRET between fluorophores that emit in yellow-orange and red regions of the spectrum. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 520 filter, Em 610 filter and a suitable dichroic.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
