Optic Module for SNP analysis measuring allele specific FAM intensity with ROX serving as an internal control. Used with VIC/ROX optic module. Two emission wavelengths are measured simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 485 filter, EmA 610 filter, EmB 520 filter and suitable dichroics.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
