Optic Module suitable for detecting a single emission of FRET between fluorophores that emit in the green and orange regions of the spectrum. For example between Alexa 488 and Alexa 594. Also suitable for fluorophores with a broad stokes shift such as FM 1-43. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 485 filter, Em 590 filter and a suitable dichroic.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
