Optic Module used for detection of FRET between coumarin and fluorescein, especially in the commercially available beta lactamase substrate used in GeneBLAZER. Both emission wavelengths are monitored simultaneoulsly. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex405 filter, EmA 530 filter, EmB 460 filter and suitable dichroics.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
