Optic Module used to measure TR-FRET based on Terbium (Tb) and a ‘green’ acceptor fluorophore. Employed in the commercially available applications Lanthascreen and HTRF-green. Both emission wavelengths are measured simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 337 filter, EmA 520 filter, EmB 490 filter and suitable dichroics. *Optimal TRF results are obtained using our TRF-laser.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
