The Preferred Onsite Service Plan is the highest level of service coverage offered by BMG LABTECH. This plan includes parts and labor coverage, a yearly quality control and preventative maintenance (QCPM), loaner equipment in case your reader is out of service for an extended time, free software and firmware updates, priority service scheduling, and all work will be performed onsite by a trained BMG LABTECH service team member. The equipment must be in good working order before it can be covered on the Preferred Onsite Service Plan.
