Optic Module used for detecting roGFP a cellular redox sensor. Used in conjunction with a second chromatic excitation at 485 nm to assess degree of probe oxidation. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 400 filter, Em 520 filter and a suitable dichroic.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
