The Standard Depot Service Plan is a comprehensive plan that includes parts and labor coverage, free software and firmware updates, and a yearly quality control and preventative maintenance (QCPM).
All service work is performed at our Cary, NC Service depot and BMG LABTECH covers all standard shipping costs. The equipment must be in good working order before it can be covered under the Standard Depot Service Plan.
