Optic Module used for detecting fluorophores that emint in the orange region of the specturm, CY3, Rhodamine, TAMRA, Alexa 546 and many othesr. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 540 filter, Em 590 filter and a suitable dichroic.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
