Optic Module for SNP analysis measuring allele specific VIC intensity with ROX serving as an internal control. Used with FAM/ROX optic module. Two emission wavelengths are measured simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 520 filter, EmA 610 filter, EmB 560 filter and suitable dichroics.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
