Optic Module used for detection of FRET between fluorophores that emit in the yellow and orange regions of the spectrum. For example YFP / mOrange FRET. Both emission wavelenghths are monitored simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 490 filter, EmA 560 filter, EmB 530 filter and suitable dichroics.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
