Optic Module used for detection of FRET between fluorophores that emit in the yellow-orange and deep red regions of the spectrum. For example Venus / mKate FRET. Both emission wavelenghths are monitored simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 520 filter, EmA 675 filter, EmB 560 filter and suitable dichroics.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
