Optic Module used to measure TR-FRET based on Europium (Eu) and a ‘red’ acceptor fluorophore. Employed in the commercially available applications Transcreener, LANCE and HTRF. Both emission wavelengths are measured simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 337 filter, EmA 665 filter, EmB 620 filter and suitable dichroics. *Optimal TRF results are obtained using our TRF-laser.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
