Optic Module used for detecting fluorophores that emit in the blue region of the spectrum, blue fluorescent protein (BFP) and others. Includes all necessary optical components, 400 Ex filter, 455 Em filter and a suitable dichroic.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
