Optic Module used for detecting fluorophores that emit in the green region of the spectrum, green fluorescent protein (GFP), Alexa 488, Fluorescein (FITC) and many others. Includes all necessary optical components, 485 Ex filter, 520 Em filter and a suitable dichroic.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
