Optic Module used to measure BRET between R Luc. (substrate = DBC) and GFP, commonly called BRET2. Two emission wavelengths are measured simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, EmA 515 filter, EmB 410 and a suitable dichroic.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
