AS FI FP Lum TR-FRET TRF UV/vis

Optic Module used to measure BRET between NanoLuc and a HaloTag 618 acceptor, commonly called NanoBRET. Two emission wavelengths are measured simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, EmA 610 filter, EmB 450 and a suitable dichroic.

This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
