Optic Module used for the detection of FRET between fluorophores that emit in the blue and yellow regions of the spectrum. For example CFP/YFP FRET. Both emission wavlengths are monitored simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 430 filter, EmA 530 filter, EmB 480 filter and suitable dichroics.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
