Optic Module used for the detection of FRET between fluorophores that emit in the blue and green regions of the spectrum. Both emission wavelenghts are monitored simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 400 filter, EmA 520 filter, EmB 450 filter and suitable dichroics.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
