Optic Module used for detection of FRET between fluorophores that emit in the orange and deep red regions of the spectrum. For example Cy3/Cy5 FRET. Both emission wavelenghths are monitored simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 540 filter, EmA 675 filter, EmB 590 filter and suitable dichroics.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
