Optic Module used for detecting fluorescence polarization using fluorophores that emit in the deep red region of the spectrum, Cy5 and others. Employed in commercially available applications like Transcreener. Includes all necessary optical components, 590 Ex filter, two 675 Em filters, a suitable dichroic, beam spliter and polarizers.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
