Optic Module used for detecting fluorescence polarization using fluorophores that emit in the red region of the spectrum, Alexa 594 and others. Includes all necessary optical components, 560 Ex filter, two 630 Em filters, a suitable dichroic, beam spliter and polarizers.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
