Optic Module used for detecting fluorescence polarization using fluorophores that emit in the orange region of the spectrum, TAMRA and others. Includes all necessary optical components, 540 Ex filter, two 590 Em filters, a suitable dichroic, beam spliter and polarizers.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
