Optic Module used for detecting fluorescence polarization using fluorophores that emit in the green region of the spectrum, GFP and others. Includes all necessary optical components, 485 Ex filter, two 520 Em filters, a suitable dichroic, beam spliter and polarizers.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
