Optic Module used for detecting fluorescence polarization using fluorophores that emit in the blue-green region of the spectrum such as GFP variants. Includes all necessary optical components, 400 Ex filter, two 500 Em filters, a suitable dichroic, beam spliter and polarizers.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
