Optic Module used for detecting fluorescence polarization using fluorophores with Exmax between 340 and 400 nm, such as DPH. Includes all necessary optical components, 360 Ex filter, tws 440 Em filters, a suitable dichroic, beam spliter and polarizers.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
