Optic Module used for detecting fluorophores with Exmax between 340 and 400 nm, such as AMC, DAPI, Hoechst and many others. Includes all necessary optical components, 350 Ex filter, 450 Em filter and a suitable dichroic.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
