Optic Module used for detecting fluorescence polarization using Alexa647, Cy5 and other similar fluorophores. Includes all necessary optical components, 635 Ex filter, two 680 Em filters, a suitable dichroic, beam spliter and polarizers.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
