Optic Module used to measure BRET between R Luc. and YFP, commonly called BRET1. Two emission wavelengths are measured simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, EmA 535 filter, EmB 475 and a suitable dichroic.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
