Optic Module used for detection of FRET between fluorophores that emit in the green and orange regions of the spectrum. For example FITC / TAMRA FRET. Both emission wavelenghths are monitored simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 485 filter, EmA 580 filter, EmB 520 filter and suitable dichroics.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
