Optic Module used to measure intracellular calcium with Indo-1 indicator dye. Two emission wavelengths are monitored simultaneously. Includes all necessary optical components, Ex 340 filter, EmA 480 filter, EmB 400 filter and suitable dichroics.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
