Optic Module used for detecting fluorescence polarization using fluorophores that emit in the near infra-red region of the spectrum. Includes all necessary optical components, 750 Ex filter, two 835 Em filters, a suitable dichroic, beam spliter and polarizers.
This module can be accepted by any PHERAstar microplate reader.
